Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience

- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures (IBM, D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Expertise in designing ethical AI frameworks aligned with EU AI Act principles
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for futuristic initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
