Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record shipping 2020+ future-ready systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in agile/scrum with 50+ rapid prototyping cycles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on disruptive technologies
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
