- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D and product teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market disruption analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (blogs, patents, etc.)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
