Responsibilities

- Develop patent-pending solutions for decentralized identity and zero-trust architectures
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies with 18-24 month impact cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Proven track record developing futuristic product roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
- Proficiency in simulating complex adaptive systems using agent-based modeling tools
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuro-symbolic frameworks
