- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends and their strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' alignment with 2026 business objectives
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technology solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and strategic implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology)
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
