Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends through predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and technology pioneers
- Architect frameworks for ethical tech implementation and sustainable innovation
- Drive competitive advantage through patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or thought leadership
