Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping projects
- Fluency in Python, R, and Causal Inference modeling
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
