Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems) and assess market viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation aligned with global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption and strategy
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
