Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with corporate vision
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic priorities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (articles, patents, or books)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within tech companies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment preferred
