Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts in our innovation sandbox lab
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech trends and ethical implications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and strategic planning experience
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent industry credentials
