Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
