Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members using data visualization
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight framework using proprietary AI tools
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and critical thinking
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and market dynamics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend mapping
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations from foresight
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
