Responsibilities

- Maintain a trend intelligence dashboard with 200+ data sources
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on long-term transformation
- Portfolio of 5+ strategic initiatives successfully implemented
