Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for complex future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption and market disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, blockchain, biotech, or space tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven trend modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published work in innovation or technology foresight (portfolio required)
