As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, emerging startups, and academic institutions to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and quantum computing. You'll develop frameworks for sustainable innovation while ensuring ethical implementation of transformative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and societal shifts to create 5-10 year strategic foresight reports
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, podcasts)
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
