Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future-facing ventures
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and data scientists using proprietary trend-forecasting tools
- Present strategic vision at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 10+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree from futurist program
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publication
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
