- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptors
- Design human-centered solutions for complex challenges using design thinking methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios and R&D initiatives from ideation to commercialization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field (Strategy, Technology, Design)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
