- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) with market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic initiatives into measurable KPIs and resource allocation
- Establish innovation frameworks for long-term R&D investments and partnerships
- Present strategic narratives to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption patterns
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFPS, CSM) preferred
