Responsibilities

- Develop predictive frameworks and scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market needs
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused methodologies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or innovation-driven environments
