Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to build predictive frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen technologies (quantum, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-human-tech symbiosis
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences (WFS, etc.)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
