- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption across 15+ business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with executive-level recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting industry-shifting trends (2018-2023 validated)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
