Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and tech disruption
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and market transformation metrics
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruption (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong quantitative modeling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
