Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational alignment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives and investment opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
