Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future insights into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design innovation frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities across industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Communicate complex futures narratives through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
