- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruption forecasting and opportunity identification
- Author thought leadership reports on societal shifts impacting business landscapes
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
