Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to produce actionable 2026+ strategic foresight reports
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions (AI ethics, quantum computing integration, sustainable tech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory evolutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and KPIs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Lead the creation of our annual 'Future State' industry whitepaper series
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and rapid prot methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI, Web3) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across global teams
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies, backcasting)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive and public audiences
