Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions

- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
