You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies, AI-driven trend analysis, and human-centered design principles to anticipate paradigm shifts and drive sustainable growth in an accelerating digital world.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate-resilient systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development and business strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futurist methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects impacting business strategy
- Professional certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
