Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Published author in futurism or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent preferred
