Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Author horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical tech disruptions and market inflection points
- Design and launch moonshot initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members using immersive VR analytics
- Mentor a 15-person innovation team specializing in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services valued at $50M+
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech landscapes
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
