Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify opportunities and risks through 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable technologies
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in translating future trends into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
