- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into 5-year R&D roadmaps
- Represent Horizon at global forums like Davos and Singularity Summit
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental futures projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 firms
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in simulation tools (AnyLogic, Stella) and AI-driven foresight platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futures-based initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
