- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating breakthrough initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Present executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks to the board of directors
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding future-thinking practices across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, ACST) preferred
