Responsibilities
- Architect product roadmaps for 2026 Initiative using predictive market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead interdisciplinary teams of AI specialists, neuro-engineers, and quantum computing experts
- Develop human-centric prototypes integrating biometric interfaces and adaptive AI systems
- Collaborate with ethics councils to ensure responsible development of emergent technologies
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite and external investors quarterly
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term societal impact of deployed solutions
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons focused on 2030 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum/biometric products with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with neuro-ergonomics and biometric interface development
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or quantum-specific languages preferred)
