Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision framework, forecasting industry disruptions and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-forward solutions in quantum AI and biotech integration
- Author strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create next-gen technologies
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ in future-focused initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists through uncertainty mapping and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate-tech innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets for experimental projects
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three paradigm-shifting initiatives launched since 2020
