Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for future business environments and technological paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
