Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster creative problem-solving and ideation sessions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological and market disruptions
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and investment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
