Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities across global markets
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Translate complex technological insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, startups, and academic institutions
- Present futuristic visions to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural shifts impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into cohesive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
