Responsibilities

- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in renewable energy and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops using speculative design and scenario planning
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
- Secure partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or climate tech disruption
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant field
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro and AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects valued >$50M
- Keynote speaker at TED or World Economic Forum events
