Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFM)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning with proven 5-year horizon impact
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams through transformational change
