Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
