- Coordinate with policy councils on regulatory sandboxes for experimental tech
- Mentor futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M innovation fund allocation for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation with proven exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published work on climate-tech or human augmentation ethics
- Experience with DARPA-style proposal development and execution
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable future-proof systems
- Expertise in systems thinking modeling (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
