Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies for client organizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating applied foresight projects for Fortune 500 clients
