Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models using AI-driven foresight platforms and predictive analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align future-state vision
- Author white papers on paradigm shifts in work, ethics, and human augmentation
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolios with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning software (e.g., Futurist Platform, Kumu.io)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
