- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic factors influencing innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
