Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline acceleration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype emerging technology integrations
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track industry disruption metrics
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
