Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce white papers on disruptive technologies and future scenarios
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify transformative startups
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record in tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
