- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic impact on tech evolution
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives at scale
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
