Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging technology opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and market briefs on disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year impact
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics
- Represent the company at global tech forums and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior talent in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or tech consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
