Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural trends to identify high-impact innovation opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development, ensuring alignment with future market demands and emerging capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and executive teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops that stress-test future business models against potential disruptions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership to position Nexus Horizon as a trend authority
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
